In 2021, due to the impact of the pandemic, the global economy was in a downturn. Fortunately, we were well recognized by our customers, with a strong recovery momentum in our major markets and a steady growth in the newly developed markets.
In this context, we have fulfilled our commitment and made some small breakthroughs in sustainable development.
PEOPLE
People are the fundamental pillars of our activities which is why we take care of their professionalism and competence.
We put the physical and mental health of our employees in the first place to prevent the COVID-19 outbreak. We have built a fitness center for our employees to improve their working environment. We encouraged our employees to be positive and set a five-year dividend plan.
ENVIROMENT
We insist on harmonious coexistence with nature and strive to minimize the impact of production on the environment.
We adhere to the principle of water conservation, through the use of advanced and innovative internal purification system equipment to completely purify the used water and return it to the nature.
In keeping with our commitment to the environment, we have stepped up efforts to treat sewage and wastewater, and worked together to improve the global ecological environment.
PRODUCT
We select regional raw materials from the Americas and Europe and seek to achieve good practices that respect animal and environmental well-being. We combine creativity and innovation into the sustainable development of products to make them more durable over time.
We have increased the investment in the research and development of environmental protection products such as solvent-free, chrome-free tanning, and actively invested in the market, and won the favor of customers.
In 2021, we started to develop innovative fabrics and launched the microfiber line.
